Geographic Location: Chiselet is a settlement located in Calarasi County, in Campia Romana, in South-East side of Romania.

Touristic objectives: Magura Fundeanca archeology site is located within the village of Chiselet, Chiselet Commune in Calarasi County, in the Danube meadow area. The site is in fact a lengthened knoll, 22 mether high given the sea level,NV-SV oriented.

Known also as “Fundul Gradistea” and “Fundul Chiselet”, it has been for the first time researched during the World War I by the German archeologists. In 1924 Hortensia Dumitrescu, a well known archeologist who influenced the field along the time, accomplished here, in Magura Fundeanca, a profound archeology land research in the well defined area and the collection of the discovered material (periegheza). So, within the next year, systematic excavations on this tell begun, accomplishing a ditch kind section. This section was meant to accomplish an initial assessment of the Magura Fundeanca archeology site.

In this settlement we can find the Church of Adormirea Maicii Domnului, built at the middle of XIX Century.
