Tsar Samuil is a village in northeastern Bulgaria, in Tutrakan Municipality, Silistra District. It is located 20 km from Tutrakan, 71 km from Silistra and 290 km from the capital city of Sofia.
The company "Canvas products" for manufacture of tarpaulins for trucks and canopies provides employment to a large part of the active population.
Agriculture is well developed.
The village has a Community centre "Iskra" (from 1928) and Primary school.
Festival of the village is held the last weekend of September.
