Kisbodak is situated in a picturesque part of Szigetköz, alongside the Central Branch of River Danube, at a distance of 12 km from Mosonmagyaróvár. Thanks to its geographical location and natural gifts it is an ideal place for those who seek for rest and recreation. The neighbourhood of the village is rich in natural beauties:  Pálffy Woods, which starts in the outer administrative area of the settlement is part of the Szigetközi Tájvédelmi Körzet (Szigetköz Landscape Protection Zone). The branches of the Danube offer excellent angling opportunities.

In the summer, there is a camping site and free beach here. Those who camp here can chose various sporting activities, such as football, table tennis, badminton, etc., or they can hire canoe, boat, or a bicycle and explore by various water and terrestrial  tours he intact nature of the surroundings. Kisbodak can be the starting point of tours to the sights of the neighbouring  settlements, such as the spas and termal baths of Lipót and Mosonmagyaróvár and the Dunakiliti Duzzasztómű  (Dam) and the Slovakian vízlécső ( Barrage).

Thanks to being comparably isolated, the village has plenty of folk traditions and customs, such as, for example Balázs-járás  (procession of school-boys on St. Blaise’s day accompanied by singing, Pünkösdi királyné-járás (habits related to the smallest girl in the Whitsuntide procession), a Szent Család járás (Holly Family procession) and wedding habits. The stone cross erected in the beginning of the 19th century in the middle of the settlement is famous, too. The small but unique church of Kisbodak was consecrated in 1993: the uniqueness of the church lays in that it combines traditional elements and modern design. It is also worth to see its unique internal design.  The village has two catering facilities.
